Execution
- Hired by HDN in 2001, the Company developed the initial Business Plan and
Marketing Plan.
- The Company assisted in raising $5 million capital investment (via investor
presentations).
- Designed the initial website and all supporting collateral material.
- Designed and set up a series of trade show events announcing the client’s
service.
- Launched a PR campaign including television coverage of the opening of the
office in Central Florida.
- Developed and placed newspaper ads promoting the client’s service.
- Assisted in numerous internet campaigns promoting the client’s service.
- Developed a comprehensive press kit.
- Created a ten minute video promoting the client’s service.
- Advised on the startup of the Brazilian operation.
Results:
The client’s company grew in four years from a four employee operation to over fifty employees generating sales of over $15 million per year. HDN (now named Hotel Desconto – website www.hoteldesconto.com.br ) is now the Internet’s fastest growing hotel reservation service in Brazil.
